Overview
Oscars are large, intelligent South American cichlids often called 'water dogs' for their interactive personality. They recognize their owners, beg for food, and can be hand-fed. However, they grow fast, produce massive waste, and need at least a 75-gallon tank.

Diet & Feeding
Carnivore — pellets, frozen krill, earthworms, shrimp. Feed small amounts twice daily.
